I started Floors By Shawn because I got tired of watching homeowners get rushed jobs, vague estimates, and floors that looked fine on install day and fell apart two years later. That's not how I work.
I handle everything from custom flooring design and brand-new hardwood installation to bringing tired, scratched-up floors back to life through on-site sand and finish and full restoration. Whether it's a custom herringbone pattern, solid hardwood, pre-finished hardwood, LVP and LVT, or matching your stairs to the rest of the house, every job gets the same thing: an honest estimate, a clean job site, and work I'm willing to put my name on.
I'm not the biggest flooring company in CDA/Spokane Area, and I don't want to be. I want to be the one you call because you know exactly what you're getting: no surprises, no shortcuts, no subcontractor you've never met showing up at your door.
